Javier also has extensive experience in corporate restructuring processes, due diligence and valuation of companies.
Lawyer specialized in legal and tax advice to companies with a strong international focus. Meritxell has experience working with multinationals from different sectors on commercial issues and corporate implementation in the Spanish market, as well as supporting them in their internationalization processes in other countries.
In addition, she is in charge of the international business development of the firm, as well as responsible for the department from our headquarters in Barcelona.
Mariola has more than 10 years of experience in tax, financial and administrative management, having advised both companies and entrepreneurs of international profile in different tax, labor or corporate issues, always ensuring a close, personalized and highly specialized treatment.
Together with Meritxell, she works in the business development of the firm given her extensive experience in this area and is in charge of the international department at our headquarters in Madrid.
